Depending on the project’s complexity, we can employ various communication and project management models, such as CRM and professional management tools.

Ongoing Assistance

We agreed on actions and timelines. Reporting and informing the team in various forms. We can agree to use a tracker to keep track of the project’s status at all times. You can always request an additional personal consultation, additional data, and additional time for decision-making. The plan will include all points in the workflow where you must make a decision, and the time can be extended.

High level of confidentiality

You can be confident that your project is protected by non-disclosure agreements, and we draft a detailed Service Agreement in the first stage. Individual and corporate clients have different document packages. We have simple standard closes for one-time consulting. All documents and work results will be transferred to the client with full rights to use.

Kate has been managing cross-country sourcing projects for the A1 global retail brand in the EMEA region for 6 years, driving tender processes and supplier relations primarily for marketing and brand activities, as well as IT/digital cross-category projects.
